When The Exchange was built in 2019, it transformed the landscape of downtown Kalamazoo. The building itself is a stunner, rising 15 stories and boasting 131 upscale apartments and office spaces with four seasons of spectacular views. Lambrix Design & Co. created an upscale sales brochure and floor plan sheets to reflect that grandeur and attract the urban clientele who desire to live life at the top.
